The city of Ridgefield posted this on its Facebook page: “We can confirm that the City has received an application from In-N-Out Burger for an In-N-Out location in the Union Ridge Town Center development. Our permitting and engineering team has worked closely with In-N-Out to ensure they are not only creating enough queuing spaces to avoid backups onto roads, but also that the design of the building will be unique, high-quality and complementary to Ridgefield.”

The In-N-Out Menu

In-N-Out’s menu is uncomplicated, with just three main burger options: the Hamburger, Cheeseburger, and the Double-Double (a double-patty, double-cheese delight). Additionally, patrons can choose from fries and beverages, including their signature shakes.

But part of the mystique surrounding In-N-Out Burger is its secret menu. While not officially documented, loyal customers know the range of off-menu items. Animal Style, for example, turns the burger into a savory experience with mustard-cooked patties, extra spread, and grilled onions. Protein Style replaces the bun with lettuce, catering to carb-conscious diners. For those seeking a little extra, the Flying Dutchman offers two patties and two slices of cheese, without the distractions of lettuce, tomato, and bun.
