Whaling Days is Kitsap County’s biggest summer celebration — a free, family-friendly festival held every year on the last full weekend of July right on Silverdale’s waterfront. Three days of live music, a grand parade, fireworks, food and craft vendors, a beer & wine garden, and the famous Rotary Duck Race make it one of the most anticipated events in the community. Proceeds support local charities and scholarships for Central Kitsap School District.
